At www.believersbookshelfcanada.org our policy is to offer you everyday competitive pricing on all of our products.

There is no P.S.T on books so for Canadian customers only G.S.T will be charged at time of checkout as well as calculated shipping charges.

For International customers no tax will be charged.

RETURNS

We will only accept a return if the item is unused and drastically different from the photo in the listed description. You must first contact us for an authorization via email with a detailed explanation of the problem.

Please return within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping.

SHIPPING

U.S.A:

All items will be shipped using the U.S Postal System, postage will be calculated by destination and by weight of the package, and a tracking number will be provided.

Canada:

All items will be shipped using Canada Posts Expedited service, postage will be determined by destination, weight and measurements of the package and a tracking number will be provided.

Worldwide:

Please note: All international shipments will be shipped using the U.S. Postal Service via USPS Express Mail, unless otherwise requested, a tracking number will be provided.

Customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot list package contents as a gift.
